Schedule an Appointment
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:

First Appointment
On your first visit to Hot Springs Dental Group, our priority is making sure you’re comfortable and reducing any anxiety you may have about visiting the dentist. We also want to become familiar with your dental history and experiences at the dentist.
After one of our hygienists performs an oral health screening and cleaning, one of our dentists will evaluate you and discuss treatment findings and schedule an appointment for regular cleanings.
Please make sure to bring identification as well as your insurance information with you to expediate your check-in process. You can also download our check-in forms from this website and complete them in advance to save time.
Insurance, Billing & Payments
We realize everyone's financial situation is different. For this reason, it is our mission to provide you with affordable, high-quality treatment. We offer a variety of payment options designed to help you receive the dental care needed to enjoy a healthy and confident smile.
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. However, because insurance policies vary, you are responsible to know your own individual policy. We can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts.
Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service.
Our office accepts payments by cash, checks and most major credit cards. We also offer low- and no-interest financing options through Care Credit and MOMNT. If you have any questions about financing or payment, ask us! We will thoroughly explain your choices and work hard to accommodate your needs.
Emergencies
If you are a current patient experiencing a dental emergency (including tooth pain or an injury to your mouth, gums, teeth, or jaw) please call (501) 624-3323 to speak to our office staff or our after-hours answering service. You may also refer to our Emergency Care Guide for additional information and recommendations.
